Infertility clinic policies are provided both on our website and when you visit one of The Center of Reproductive Medicine locations. We work hard to maintain an openly communicative environment for all of our current and future patients.
Please feel free to call us at (281) 332-0073 to further discuss our infertility clinic policies or to allow us to address any questions you may have regarding your reproductive medicine needs.
Fertility Specialist Privacy Policies
When you visit CORM, you will receive a copy of our privacy policies and practices for your review. We will ask that you sign a letter stating that you have read and understand these policies.
Please be certain to ask any and all questions you may have so that you receive a full understanding of the privacy practices that CORM strictly adheres to.
We are very cautious with our patient’s information and are happy to explain any aspect of these guidelines to the couples we assist.
Center of Reproductive Medicine Policies for Children
Due to the sensitive nature of our practice, we cannot allow children under the age of 13 to accompany you to your office visits.
After Hours Calls
Our fertility specialists do take after hours calls to assist our patients. However, it is imperative that after hours calls are restricted to emergency issues only.
Examples of emergencies that are appropriate for after hours call are:
- Bleeding (not spotting) during a confirmed pregnancy only
- Severe pain after a surgical procedure
A $30.00 fee is charged for all non-emergency after hours calls when the doctor is paged after 4:00 p.m.
Please make sure to have your medication refilled during regular office hours, as this is also subject to the same non-emergency after hours call charge.
