Front Office Associate/Third Party Admin Asst.
An opportunity exists for a candidate that possesses strong customer service/marketing background, effective organizational skills, excellent interpersonal aptitude and the ability to multi-task. This position will perform dual role of completing front office duties and as an administrative assistant in the Third Party Donor program. Work requires varied shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year experience in marketing/customer service, preferably in a medical office setting. Knowledge of medical terminology desirable. Word processing and computer experience a must. Bi-lingual preferred.
